    The Program

    What Is the Fellowship?

The Saudi Speakers Fellowship is a hands-on communication training program run by Saudi Speakers, the agency behind many of the Kingdom's professional speakers and trainers.

You train in small groups led by professional coaches, and you are on your feet and on stage from day one. This is not a lecture series. Every session is practical, every trainee speaks, and every rep comes with personal feedback.

Three cohorts and 750 graduates later, the Fellowship has become one of the largest communication training programs in Saudi Arabia.

    Choose Your Track

    Track 1

    The Stage Track

For anyone who wants to master public speaking.

Whether you dream of conference stages, community talks, hosting events, or simply owning any room you speak in, this track trains you in the craft of public speaking: presence, storytelling, structure, and performing under pressure.

There is no profile requirement here. Students, professionals, and everyone in between apply to this track for one reason: they want to become powerful public speakers.

    Track 2

    The Workplace Track

For professionals who want to communicate better at work.

This track is specific. It focuses on workplace communication: presenting to leadership, speaking with authority in meetings, storytelling for influence, and leading conversations that move decisions.

    Best fit if you are:

    • A professional with 3+ years of work experience
    • In mid-management or moving toward it
    • Ready to sound like the leader you're becoming

This track requires a minimum of 3 years of professional work experience.

Not sure which track fits you?

Ask yourself one question: do you want to grow on public stages, or inside meeting rooms? Someone with 10 years of experience who dreams of being a public speaker belongs in the Stage Track. Someone who wants to level up how they present, persuade, and lead at work belongs in the Workplace Track. You'll select your track inside the application.

    Selection

    How We Select

Seats are limited, and we read every application. Here is what actually moves an application forward:

    Leadership potential

Signals that you are a future leader: responsibility you have carried, people you have influenced, and the direction you are heading

    Experience and initiative

What you have built outside the requirements. Projects, volunteering, clubs, side work, and the kind of work you do today, whether you are a student or employed

    Speaking and communication

Prior stage, panel, teaching, or presenting experience counts. It is not a requirement, but someone who already put in the work is further along
